Shipping

We ship orders worldwide using standard Royal mail system for UK products and regular Philpost service for Philippine products.

Orders are despatched within 2 to 3 working days upon receipt of payment. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded.

An acknowledgement receipt will be emailed to you once payment has been receied. Please contact us in case you do not receive an email to acknowledge your order within 3 days from date of order. Be sure also to check your spam folder before contacting us.

Estimated delivery time for US customers is 2 to 3 weeks. However, holidays, weather disturbances at the source or destination, customs inspection at the origin and destination and other unforeseen factors may at times delay deliveries. Delays are rare but in case it happens, please allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered to you.

Shipping Rates vary across countries of destination. Rates are according to shipping regions. Shipping amount and tax is reflected in your shopping cart.

Products from different brands are shipped separately. If your order contains more than one brand, expect to receive 2 separate packages.
