Stop Hair Loss with This Juicy Leaf

If you have tried so many hairfall remedies and products but find that you continue to experience hair fall, give this simple routine a try.

You will need fresh aloe vera leaf. It would be best if you grow this plant on a pot so that you can get fresh leaf from there each week. There are many sources for this plant and you can grow this small herb in your backyard.

Aloe vera is a natural anti-fungal and anti-bacterial, hence, it also solves dandruff problems the natural way.

Steps:

Pick a leaf of fresh aloevera leaf. Remove the tip and the base since these parts can cause irritation for some. Drain the sap at the base by letting it sit inside a glass for a couple of hours. When the brownish sap has been drained, wrap the aloevera leaf in thin plastic and place in the refrigerator. Do not freeze. Be sure to let the leaf stay in the ref for at least 12 hours before using it the first time. Wrapping it in plastic will prevent the moisture from dissipating and will make your leaf last long, thus, enabling you to use it many times. One leaf can last you 5 to 7 days.

Method 1:

In the morning upon waking up, cut a small piece of the refrigerated leaf and squeeze the juice onto scalp. Massage for a few minutes. Let it stay for 30 minutes before washing.

Method 2:

In the morning after bath, while hair is still damp, cut a small piece of the refrigerated leaf, say about a centimeter long. Return the unused part to the ref for next day use. While leaf is fresh from the ref and cool, squeeze the juice with your fingers and rub into your scalp that is most problematic where hair is rapidly thinning. You will feel the cool fresh feeling of the juice. For the remaining juice, mix it with one to two drops of jojoba oil on your palm and smooth it over your hair. Comb your hair to evenly distribute the aloe-jojoba mixture. No need to rinse. Your hair will also feel soft whole day like using a natural leave-on conditioner. Repeat the above steps the next morning. If you have plenty of this plant, much better if you can also do it at night.
